Will the bouquet I order look exactly like the photo on the website?

Images on the website are for display (example) purposes only.  All arrangements are unique and dependent upon availability of produce.

Do the bouquets always contain flowers?

As the bouquets are edible, we do not import flowers where chemicals may have been used.  We therefore only use flowers in season, grown free of chemicals, so there are times during the year when flowers will not be included.

How far in advance do I need to place an order for a bouquet?

We provide same day delivery for orders placed before 1PM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

What happens if there is no-one home to accept the bouquet?

If there is nobody at the delivery address to accept the order, we will attempt to contact the sender for direction.  If we are unable to contact the sender, we will leave the arrangement in a safe place. If the sender prefers that we re-attempt delivery, a further fee will be charged.

Do you use floral foam?

We do not use any floral foam in any of our arrangements.  Floral foam is a non-biodegradable, oil-derived plastic material, most florists use to retain water and hold flowers in place. We pride ourselves on our sustainable practices in creating our bespoke bouquets.
